The ODDyssey is Serious Run + Serious Fun!

We hope you will join us for the 6th annual ODDyssey Half Marathon.  We are very proud of our race which is organized by runners for runners.

SERIOUS RUN - The ODDyssey has all the bells and whistles that you want and need:

  • USA Track and Field certified course.

  • Professional photography with free photographs.

  • Cash prizes.

  • Chip timing with immediate results at the finish line.

SERIOUS FUN - the ODDyssey also is the most fun half marathon you will ever run:

  • Costume contest with bobble-head trophies (35% run in costume every year).
  • Wall mount medals with beer openers built in

  • Commemorative pint glasses to all finishers!

  • Free finish line beer garden from Sly Fox Brewery.

  • Free post race massages from PhilaMassages.

  • Optional quirky challenges along the course

The ODDyssey is capped at only 3,500 runners.

The ODDyssey is also perfectly timed with the Broad Street Run.  If you are training for Philadelphia’s Broad Street Run, just keep your training going for five more weeks and conquer a half marathon this spring.

The ODDyssey Supports Students Run Philly Style

Students Run provides mentors who teach distance running to Philly's students. Of course they get fit..  BUT, it's not just about running. Why we are so proud to support Students Run Philly Style:
    * 91% Graduate from high school (30% above Philly average.)
    * 84% Maintain or improve their grades
    * 73% Improve their attendance

“I’m doing better in school because pushing myself to finish the races helped me push myself to finish the “education race”.” – Student Runner Charnese
