Packet Pickup and Expo

2014 Runners' Expo and Packet Pickup

The ODDyssey will be holding a one-day runners' expo for all participants!  The expo will take place the Saturday prior to the race and is open to the public (bring friends and family)!

The expo is the primary location for runners to pick up t-shirts, timing bibs, goodie bags and other great surprises!  We will also have a variety of vendors, runners will be able to pick up race day gels, apparel and other items at the expo.

Race day pickup will be extremly limited and considered on a case by case basis.  Race day pick up is only for true emergencies.  i.e. someone has to go to a funeral last minute or their flight gets delayed past the expo time.  Please make every effort to attend the expo.

Expo Dates and Times:

Saturday, June 7th - 10:00am-7:00pm

Lloyd Hall - Gymnasium Area

1 Boathouse Row, Philadelphia, PA 19130

What if I cannot make the expo?

We have received a lot of questions from runners who have a conflict like a wedding or a job that prevents them from coming to the Expo.  If you cannot make the expo for reasons out of your control, you have two options.

1.  Have a friend pick up your bib. - You just need to send your friend with a copy of your id and a note.

2.  Have your bib mailed to you.  We have hired a company that will mail your bib to you a week in advance.  There is a $15 fee associated with this option.  You can pay for that option below.

Bib Mailing Option Deadline has now passed.

GOALS-ARA is also a source for expert instruction for all of the technical skills, as well as Wilderness Survival, and Wilderness Medicine.

Adventure racing is a challenge to the physical body and human-spirit. Teams grow more cohesive and enable each other to accomplish more than they could ever do individually. Nature provides the obstacles. Adventure racers are more capable of handling themselves in wilderness environments or unforeseen adverse conditions.
